Online check in. App told me to be here at 1:22. I was here, the computer said “on deck.” Then, the computer reset and I went to waiting an additional 24 minutes. What is the point of online check-in if I have to wait in the store for a half hour?

I made a reservation on the app today and the app says wait in your car and you will either receive a text and someone will come get you. I waited 30 minutes and nothing happened. This is the second time that the app has failed. I will be looking for some other store for a haircut. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE

This review is for the sports clips reviewers. I wish more of you would give reviews, then maybe I could have a better selection than just 2 stores. So if you are reading this and you had a good experience or if you had a bad experience please, review! It's not hard to go online on your phone or go online on your computer to sit down for 30 seconds to review a store so people know what is the best out of the bunch. Now I have to go be a test subject and see how good these other stores are.
