My 12 year old son?s hair was cut with a small chunk missing from the front! I didn?t notice because it was damp & to the side immediately after. But the next morning - picture day at school he shows me his uneven haircut!! Like how long have these been cutting hair? It?s a basic boy haircut! Very disappointing

Check in on line, get there promptly at designated time, only to be waiting more time to get preferred stylist. Second time this had happened, one more chance, if happens again take business elsewhere
